WTB Rez!

I remember vividly the time that I spent re-rolling a paladin. You see, back in those days, paladins still had to do a quest to get the spell "Redemption," which allows the player to resurrect (bring back to life) a player that is dead. Normally a player who has died would have to "corpse run" back to their bodies. This would place the character at the nearest graveyard, after which they would have to run back to their dead bodies in order to resurrect.

The spirit seperating from the body at the time of death is in fact a true principle...
 I like to think of the relationship between our bodies and spirits to resemble a hand in a glove. Before we were born we lived as spirit sons and daughters of our Heavenly Father. We existed much like a hand without a glove, but when we came to earth we recieved a physical body in order to progress, which would be like a glove on a hand. At death, the physical and the spiritual body seperate, and of course, we cannot just run back to our bodies or get a rez from a friend irl.

Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ was the first to be resurrected on this earth. In 1 Corinthians 15:20-22, Paul the Apostle, speaking on the reality of the resurrection states:

20. But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept.

21. For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead.

22. For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.

Simply stated, becuase Jesus rezzed, we can all be rezzed, and recieve perfect immortal bodies after we die. With Easter right around the corner, I would like to testify of the reality of the Atonement of Jesus Christ and his ressurection from the dead. I know that these things truly did happen, and I also know that the ressurection is in fact reality. It is not something that we just do in WoW!
